Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, and our services require time and allocation of resources, refund rules differ depending on the type of purchase.
2. Digital Products (Plugins, Themes, Licenses, Downloads)
2.1 No Returns on Digital Products
All digital products purchased on code-haus.pro are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to their intangible and accessible nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or a license has been issued.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
We may provide a refund at our sole discretion only in the following cases:
- The product is proven to be technically defective or does not work as advertised.

3.3 Work-in-Progress

4. Subscriptions & Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
