This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”, “License”, “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Licensee”, “You”) and CodeHaus S.R.L. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) regarding the purchase, download, installation, and use of our software products, plugins, themes, code packages, and any associated digital materials (“Software”) distributed through code-haus.pro.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Upon completing a valid purchase, CodeHaus S.R.L. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software according to the specific license type you have purchased.
1.1 License Types
- Single-Site License: Use on one website only.
- Multi-Site License: Use on multiple websites up to the permitted limit.
- Unlimited License: Use on unlimited personal or client websites (if offered).
- Subscription License: Valid only during the active subscription period.

2. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold.
CodeHaus S.R.L. retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights, source code, design, structure, and logic of the Software.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.
3. Permitted Use
You are permitted to:
- Install and use the Software in accordance with the purchased license.
- Modify the Software for personal or client use (if allowed by product type).
- Use the Software for commercial client projects within your license scope.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Distribute, resell, share, or sublicense the Software.
- Upload or redistribute the Software publicly (free or paid).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code unless explicitly permitted.
- Use the Software beyond the number of sites permitted by your license.
- Remove or alter copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary notices.
- Use the Software in violation of applicable laws or for malicious activities.
5. Software Updates
Updates and improvements are provided for the duration of your active license or subscription period.
After expiration, you may lose access to updates until you renew.
6. Support Services
Technical support is available only to customers with an active license or subscription.
Support does not include custom development, custom modifications, or third-party integrations unless purchased separately.
7. Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Failure to renew may revoke your access to updates, support, or downloads.
- No refunds are issued for automatic renewals (see Refund Policy).
8. Third-Party Integrations
Some Software may interact with third-party APIs, plugins, or services.
We are not responsible for failures, incompatibilities, or changes made by third-party providers.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Software will be error-free
- The Software will work in every hosting environment
- The Software will be compatible with all third-party tools
- Issues caused by user modifications can be fixed
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CodeHaus S.R.L. be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business
- Data loss or corruption
- Downtime or service interruption
- Damage caused by misuse of the Software
- Incompatibilities with third-party systems
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Software.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
By purchasing the Software, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
12. Termination
CodeHaus S.R.L. may terminate your license if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination:
- You must stop using the Software immediately.
- You must remove all copies from your systems.
No refunds are issued for terminated licenses.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France and the European Union.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paris, France.
14. Amendments
We may update or modify this Agreement at any time.
Continued use of the Software indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
